Up to 10 -4 mbar, higher values are possible

Tubes to use
True-to-size precision tubes, with smooth surface, witout blemishes or deformation in the zone of the tube union.

Copper tubes:
Tolerances according to DIN 1754/1786 or VSM 11550/11551
All thin-walled copper tubes as marked * on the table in the appendix must be reinforced with stiffener sleeves.

Stainless steel tubes:
